Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetics and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Butterfly Kisses UAE.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
