How to use:
Make sure lips are clean and DRY (no balms). Using the Long-Wear Matte Lip Liner, outline lips starting from the corner of the top lip. Fill in lips with Creamy Matte Liquid Lipstick. Wait 2-3 minutes for the formula to set. Don’t let upper and lower lips touch before the formula is set. Remove with long-wearing makeup remover.
